Do not use your personal or work email. We protect sources – but you need to protect yourself, too.
And know this: We don’t publish fiction. We follow the evidence. Wild goose chases stop at the door.
Know Your Rights - What You *Can* Share
Most of what Ghost Index receives falls under public interest disclosure. That means it’s legal to share, even if your employer doesn’t like it.
You are allowed to submit:
- Policies, training documents, or internal memos that expose corruption, bias, retaliation, or policy manipulation
- FOI responses, redactions, or records you received through legal request
- Screenshots of surveillance, privacy breaches, or unethical directives
- Internal communications that show discrimination, abuse of power, or institutional lies
- Documents you personally received, witnessed, or were involved in – as long as they don’t contain personal medical info or unrelated private data
Do NOT submit:
- Medical records of others
- Personal information about
- someone unconnected to misconduct
- Court-sealed documents
- Fabricated or altered evidence
If you’re unsure – redact names, or send the document with an explanation. We review everything. If it’s solid, we’ll clean it. If it’s risky, we’ll tell you.

By submitting, you confirm that you have the legal right to share the information you provide. Do not upload any files that contain classified materials, medical records, private HR files, or content that violates Canadian privacy law without proper public interest context and redaction.
All submissions are reviewed manually. Files designed to entrap, mislead, or endanger others will be flagged, isolated, and stored – and may be traced.
Ghost Index exists to expose truth. Not to be used as a prop in someone else’s legal war.
